Knebworth were 1-0 down at the break, with Broxbourne taking the lead against the run of play through a well-worked headed goal.
The Ks fell further behind after conceding a penalty and collapsing to gift a third goal.
Talisman Billy Mulley snatched a consolation in added time after rounding the goalkeeper.
